I'm going to show you the greatest thing that I have ever made, other than Ocean.

This is The Compassion Club. It's a soft landing for you to breathe, move and heal in community. It's for highly sensitive people who love yoga and want to practice gentle yoga in a way that is customized.

If you're someone who takes care of everyone except yourself, but you are actually ready to change that pattern, I'm here for you, you belong here.

You can check out the sales page at your own pace in your own time. But if you do want to join this year, now is the time to do it. It's never going to be an easier time to make the changes in your life that you need to make to have longevity and feel balanced.

Don't wait because the joint pain is going to just get worse, unless you start taking care of your body. In a gentle way. It's not, forcing anything. Your energy will feel better. And the whole point of having a community is that we have motivation. We're not all motivated by intrinsic motivation or willpower.

But when we're showing up for someone else. That's a different story. So if you know you want to have fun getting stronger and calmer, that you want to connect not just with other people, but with the part of you that you haven't been listening to. You haven't been nourishing. There's part of you that may have been put on the back burner and you want to feel safe as you stretch your body and your mind.

And you never want to feel alone in your struggles. When we feel alone in them, that is what is traumatic.

We're always going to feel like we're too busy. Things are too stressful, we're too tired to take on something else. And there's always going to be something else on your to do list. So just keep that in mind. That's not going to change. If you have been putting off your own well being for a while, I really want to read this quote to you from Amy, wonderful member of the compassion club. She says,

"Before joining the Compassion Club, I was filled with shoulds. I should do yoga, I should meditate, I should prioritize my self-care. But it was just one more thing on a long list of to-dos that consistently got pushed to the bottom of the priority list...

"The Compassion Club makes prioritizing myself so much. easier."

Does that sound familiar?

So if you would like support with that joint pain that comes with carrying extra tension in your body -you know who you are. The hypervigilance that happens when you want to fix everything everywhere all at once.

And the exhaustion caused by being in a state of overwhelm, tipping in the direction of burnout. This is the right place for you. Here's another member: megan, she is the mom of neurodiverse twins. She says, I work from home. I'm a single parent and I have a lot on my plate.

The Compassion Club helps me refill my cup. Moving my body always makes things better for me. I've realized that I have anxiety. The tools that you give us, whether it's through breath or movement or mindset, help me deal with that on a day to day basis. So when you fill your own cup and create positive change, it's not selfish because you're becoming a role model.

Like what you do, other people are watching. You probably don't want to model self sacrifice all the time, right?

Even if you're feeling like total crap, you didn't get enough sleep, your house is messy, your kids and pets are around it's okay. This is another quote, I know if I can just drag myself there, it'll be gentle and I will feel better.

Our space is judgment free and the commute is great. It's all online and there is connection, even online we have the tools here and the gentle accountability and consistency you need so that you can access self care physically, mentally and emotionally.

I am a therapeutic yoga teacher who helps highly sensitive, empathetic people to take care of themselves. To take themselves off the back burner and make space in their lives for self-care, and I've been at this since 2002. I live in Brooklyn with my little Neurodiverse family. Like I said, I love the Compassion Club because this is where I get to go deep with you.

We're only open four times a year, so we really get to know each other and we get to work on the deeper level of practice.

And it's a soft landing where you could move and heal in community, a welcoming space to breathe and to open up to connection. The gentle yoga is customized. I ask everyone what they need and how they're feeling at the beginning of class, or you can send me an email and tell me what you need and how you're feeling. And I'm going to work that into the practice.

There's always a lot of variations. So no matter how your body is feeling, we'll find something that works for you. Okay. That's my commitment to you.

Your job is to take the practice and weave it in to your daily life.

So when you feel stress mounting that's inevitably gonna happen We have the ups and downs of life But you'll have tools to help you return to your center.

Live classes and replays are motivating because we show up at a certain time three days a week, usually. 10 8-9 practices a month. And you don't have to come to all of it! Those replays are there for two weeks. You always have something to practice because we have lots of bonus on demand courses inside the platform.

We're real people. It's not fancy. We show up for each other, even when things are hard sometimes. Things get interesting. People cry. People laugh, and we are in it together. So members often stay on after class, catch up, get to know each other better.

And we also have an off social media community via heartbeat and That's available to you to connect with each other.

It's all optional there's also a brand new private podcast for meditation for you because people were asking me like what apps can we use for meditation? How about I make you one? So you have a private podcast inside the compassion club too.

So if you're that person who takes care of everyone except yourself, but you're ready to change that pattern. You can try the Compassion Club for seven days. No strings attached. You can try it for free.

There are ten online customized yoga and meditation classes monthly. I'd love to see you live, but you don't have to come live. We're filming Eastern time, on Saturdays at 11, Mondays at 11, and Wednesdays at 11.

Replays you have access to them for two weeks. They're also the bonus on demand courses. One is all about getting better sleep, and it's a really in depth course. You'll have it at your fingertips as soon as you sign up. There are courses for anxiety, and for compassion, and more. There's also a Kajabi app.

And the private podcast. So you can really easily practice anytime, anywhere. And some of the practices are really short and some of them are long, depending on what you need. You have access to me. That's a really pretty big feature. I have been teaching yoga for 20 years.

I have a lot of training, knowledge, experience. and intuition that I can support you with. I'm also a coach, a mindfulness coach, so you can have discounted one to one sessions. You can also stay on after class and ask me questions. But if you need more in depth one to one, that's available too.

It's a justice based sliding scale. Don't let this trip you up. Don't let it intimidate you. If you want to learn more about that, there is a infographic, you just click down here for that. The private plan is really for those who want like the luxury experience of I know I'm not going to be coming to your house and dragging you out of bed in the morning, but this is as close as it gets.

You get two one on one sessions a month plus the Compassion Club. It's a lot of support and I am so excited to support you in that way if that's what you want and need. And then you have three tiers that are the same. Other than the private plan, these tiers are exactly the same because this is a justice based sliding scale.

It means it's all about where you place yourself. This is on the honor system. So where you place yourself on the sliding scale, I'd say most people are in the middle. And then if you need the equity rate, you go for the equity rate. And if you want to support others in that equity rate, you go for the support rate.

So sustain is the one in the middle.

You can try it free for seven days. And then if it's not right for you, look my feelings won't be hurt. I understand that this isn't going to be right for everyone. I'll miss you, but I'm okay with it, right? It's about you. It's about what you need. And you can feel good about whatever payment tier you choose. It makes the membership more equitable and you're also supporting a small business So I get asked a lot of questions but you can peruse the questions on your own.

If you have a disability, I am absolutely going to accommodate you the very best I can. So you can look at that and you can ask me questions.

And yeah, tech can be confusing. I get it. It's confusing for me too, but we're in it together. Oh, what else? Let me show you the bonuses. Cause we missed that. And then I'll show you the actual compassion club inside.

Motion is lotion, full course, polyvagal pranayama and yoga. I just finished this one. I think it's fantastic. I can't wait for you to check it out. Starting with brain body breathing. It's like a 20 minute primer on the polyvagal theory, and applicable, practical breath practices that you can start right away. Restorative techniques for better sleep. Clear and present yoga for creative people who really want to make a difference in the world. Soothing anxiety and deep rest. We all need this stuff, right? I'm going to go back because I want you to see how easy it is to log in.

When I log in, if you don't have a password yet, you can go down here below the submit button, it says reset or create password, and that will take care of that for you.

Once you do have a password, click remember me, so you don't have to keep typing it in every time, and then click submit. All right. Here we are. We're on the page with all of my courses. We're going to dive into the Compassion Club.

So here we are inside the portal. And this month is yoga for aligned awareness. We're talking about chakras and energy centers, and I can't wait to dive into that with you. Or next month, we're talking about breathing out burnout. So if you... are new, you would start here. And we have your welcome packet here, your membership logistics video, community guidelines, which I'd like you to read and sign off on, how to access your private podcast how to join the compassion community, and how to cancel your membership if it's not right for you.

Links and calendars. It's also very important. This is where your zoom links will be, but I'll also email them to you.

So you can just click through on your email and you don't have to remember. Replay links will be here. You just click on those and it takes you right to the zoom for the replay. You just click on the side if you want to go to the next module and monthly calendars, you can look at them here.

You can also download the PDF. It's clickable to the zoom. All right. And then we have electronic calendar, I'm still testing this, you can put it in like your Google calendar and then you'll get a reminder that way too. Still a work in progress.

Our courses are here. I'd love for you to check them out if you want something that is... self paced. Say you only have 30 minutes and you want to do a little yoga practice. Here's yoga to vanquish uncertainty. It's 35 minutes. Mindful yoga for spaciousness, 25 minutes.

Yoga for looking deeply, 30 minutes. So if that's the kind of time you have, No worries. And if you want long and luxurious, a lot of the practices are about an hour. So here's motion is lotion. Great course if you're having discomfort in your stiff joints. Yoga for easeful connection about an hour. Yoga to see your goodness.

What is calling to you?

If you're feeling a little self doubt, maybe yoga to see your goodness. If your knees are uncomfortable, you can go to this little knee tutorial. That's only like 13, 14 minutes.

Let me know what you're wondering, because if you're wondering, somebody else is too, and it would really help me to know what you're curious about. Honestly, just ask, all right, thank you for your time and be well.
