Hi! I’m Kate Lynch,

a yoga teacher and parent who has been more forgetful than usual lately and going down all the rabbit holes. I’ve been using these Brain Fog Busters, and they are helping!

I began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world after 9/11. Since then I've shared the tools that help me find joy, healing and calm in the face of self-doubt, pain and anxiety. My core values are empathy, integrity, equity and respect.

I love teaching simple calming tools that you can access no matter how chaotic your life is.
