-Megan C.

Hi, I'm Kate!

(she/her) I'm a yoga teacher for highly sensitive people who are ready to take themselves off the back burner. I'm a mindful yoga teacher who helps highly sensitive people make space in their lives for self-care. I’m on a mission to co-create a more inclusive world. My core values are empathy, integrity, equity and respect. Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of yoga students internationally.

I was born and raised in NYC and am so glad to be able to offer in-person classes here in Brooklyn again.

In small groups, I can give you tons of personal attention and help you feel nourished and supported.

We'll move and breathe together and practice simple calming tools that you can apply to your life no matter how chaotic it is.

"Kate's gentle spirit and tranquil tone invited me to experience clarity, release, and relaxation. I felt held."
