"A group of mom friends and I were just talking about your yoga class… saying that we’ve all been to ones that were supposed to be judgment free but that yours was the first one we actually felt that to be true."
-Megan C.
"I’ve really loved your classes. They are the perfect amount of strength, stretch and emotional support. Just incredible. It’s made such a difference in my life... I’m not sure if I want people to find out how good you are."
-Polly W.
“With Kate, you’ll be in really good hands, and feel comfortable. Her approach is soothing, while still getting right to the work. She’s very knowledgeable, and has a way of teaching acceptance with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion.”
— Emily G.
"Your classes have helped me to walk through the muddy sorrow. I've needed someone I trust to hold the space for me by creating a sanctuary."
-Eva W.
Hi, I'm Kate!
I'm a yoga teacher for highly sensitive, empathetic people who are ready to take themselves off the back burner and fall back in love with their lives.
I was born and raised in NYC and am so glad to be able to offer in-person classes here in Brooklyn again.
In small groups, I can give you tons of personal attention and help you feel nourished and supported.
We'll move and breathe together and practice simple calming tools that you can apply to your life no matter how chaotic it is.
"Kate's gentle spirit and tranquil tone invited me to experience clarity, release, and relaxation. I felt held."
-Katie D.
