Hi, I'm Kate!

I'm a somatic mindfulness coach who helps highly sensitive people regulate their nervous systems so they can feel more grounded, confident, and relaxed - and avoid burnout. 

Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of students internationally, and am widely known for my compassionate, nonjudgmental approach.

My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.

I founded The Compassion Cluban online sanctuary for highly sensitive empaths to practice therapeutic yoga together, because long-term connections bring us the most joy and fulfillment. Not only do we heal from burnout, but our relationships with ourselves and others flourish.
