I’m Kate Lynch, a somatic mindfulness coach known for my compassionate, nonjudgmental approach. Since 2002, I’ve supported thousands of students with mindful yoga, so they can feel more grounded, confident, and relaxed - and avoid burnout.
My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.
I founded The Compassion Club to give you a soft landing where you can breathe, move, and heal in community. I hold myself to these core values: integrity, equity, and respect.
