IT’S NOT FUN TO ADMIT BUT
You’re so TIRED of...
x feeling invisible in your own life —everyone else’s needs come first, while yours don't even make the list.
x carrying silent resentment — swallowing anger until it leaks out in irritability or burnout
x equating worth with overgiving — believing love and respect must be earned by doing more

You’ve spent your life being the strong one.
The dependable one. The one who says yes.
But inside, you’re running on fumes, simmering with resentment, and wondering when you get to matter.
I need you to know that you’re not alone.Â
Indulge me for a minute...
What if I told you that you could care for yourself and still show up for the people you love—and that it’s not selfish, it’s sustainable?
What if you could do it without guilt, without burnout, without snapping from the weight of it all, and without abandoning yourself every time someone else needs something?
What if you could finally believe that your needs matter too?
Years ago, I would’ve told you that wasn’t possible.
I know better now.
And I’d love to show you how.Â

FIRST, MY STORY
“Feel your feet on the ground.”Â
I’d been a yoga teacher for a decade when my son was born. Suddenly everything I knew about self-care went out the window. He had a lot of needs... except a need for sleep.
I was utterly exhausted and convinced I was failing. By the time he was diagnosed with autism at age 3, I had completely lost myself.
I felt like a hollow shell.
The turning point came when another yoga teacher mom gave me the simplest advice: “Feel your feet on the ground.”
That one moment showed me I could come back to my body—even in the middle of chaos. From there, I started weaving together tiny somatic practices that helped me rebuild my sensitive nervous system.Â

THATÂ MOMENTÂ SHOWED ME A NEW SOLUTION
I used to think putting myself last was the only way to keep everyone else afloat. But out of desperation I found another way.
I now know self-care without guilt is possible—even for sensitive over-givers who were taught that their needs don’t matter.Â
It doesn’t require perfection, just 3 simple (but not easy) steps...Â

STEP ONE
See The Pattern

STEP TWO
Sit With Discomfort

STEP THREE
Practice Worthiness
I KNEW OTHER PARENTS WHO WERE REALLY STRUGGLING...
So I decided to share those tools with a few of them and...
MEET JANISE
“It was such a gift to care for myself”
"Trying to get a little self-love time to myself can be challenging, especially with 4 kids, a job and a house to maintain. After caring for my sick daughter and cleaning her up, it was such a gift to come back to the session and care for myself. I loved your gentle leading and meaningful practices!"

MEETÂ LISA
“The effects have been profound”
“I was feeling isolated, overwhelmed, stuck, and burned out after years of hyper-vigilance. There were so many layers of anxiety that I couldn’t see how to begin to let go, reset, and find my way back.
"Kate is a gentle and thoughtful guide who helped me find ease, comfort, and mindfulness. This work is so grounded in the body and breath that the effects have been profound from the first session.”
Then I knew I had to share my framework with more cycle-breakers...

Hi, I'm Kate Lynch (she/her)Â
I’m a somatic mindfulness teacher on a mission to create a more inclusive world. Since 2002, I've supported thousands of highly sensitive people to stop abandoning themselves through simple, embodied practices that make self-care feel safe, doable, and sustainable.
My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.
I know this struggle from the inside. As a neurodivergent parent and empath, I spent years putting myself last until I burned out. Selfworthy is how I'm breaking cycles for myself, my family, and now, for you.Â
I PROUDLY INTRODUCE TO YOU...

LET'S BEÂ REALISTIC
We all know this won’t help everyone...

This may not be the right step if...
⌧ You need medical or mental health treatment (this course is educational)
⌧ You’re not ready to explore self-reflection right now
(no blame or shame, there are good reasons not to and you can come back later)
⌧ You prefer boot-camp style discipline & quick results
⌧ You know private sessions would better meet your needs

This course is made for you if...
✓ You’re tired of letting yourself down, and the resentment and burnout that followÂ
✓ Somewhere you learned your needs don’t matter, and you're ready for a deep dive to unlearn itÂ
✓ You want gentle somatic tools designed for lasting change (not superficial mindset shifts)
âś“ You crave compassionate wisdom and group support

HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN?
Be honest, how long has self-doubt been keeping you small?
Â
I know.
It’s frustrating and disheartening AF.
I struggled with putting everyone else first for decades longer than I needed to… Â
I thought that in order to be lovable I would need to always please everybody, and never disappoint anyone but myself.
TURNS OUT I WAS DEEPLY INDOCTRINATED INTO A SYSTEM DESIGNED TO KEEP ME SERVING OTHERSÂ

I created Selfworthy to ensure you don’t have to struggle for as long as I did.Â
Empaths, givers, and cycle-breakers, the choice is yours. You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. Join a circle of sensitive over-givers working on choosing themselves. In Selfworthy you'll start advocating for your needs even before the first session.Â
In fact, joining the course is an act of self-advocacy!

Â
By the end of Selfworthy, you’ll…
✓ Catch resentment as it rises, so it doesn’t build into burnout.
âś“ Say no without spiraling into guilt, and yes only when you mean it.
✓ Create a custom self-care ritual that's a joy, not another obligation.
✓ Know deep down that you deserve to take up space in your own life, not because of what you do for others, but because of your inherent value.Â
Most students notice a change from the first session: more ease in their body, more space to breathe, and a kinder inner voice.Â
