A free online event for highly sensitive people ready to end the cycle of self-abandonment.
You’ve built a life around being the reliable one.
And you're good at it.
But somewhere along the way, you disappeared from your own life.
This summit is for you.
You Care Deeply, But It’s Costing You
You’re thoughtful. Capable. Emotionally attuned.
People trust you. Count on you.
But the toll of always being reliable can look like:
Saying yes when your body screams no
Feeling flooded or chronically exhausted
Struggling to ask for help
Postponing your needs
Stifling your resentment
You're not stuck with self-abandonment.
It’s a survival strategy.
And strategies can be updated.
What If Reliability Included You?
How would it feel to…
Acknowledge resentment before it becomes burnout
Honor your own needs in real time
Trust that you deserve space in your own life
Hold a boundary without spiraling into guilt
Build a steady rhythm of self-care
You don't need to become less sensitive!
You need embodied tools and support that make self-worth feel safe
Â
That’s what we’re creating here...
During the Selfworthy HSP Summit
you'll learn how you can begin to discover meaningful self-care.
Join us for a 3-day online gathering for highly sensitive people ready to end the cycle of self-abandonment.
MEET YOUR HOST
Hi, I’m Kate Lynch (she/her).
I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher and founder of The Compassion Club.
For over two decades, I’ve supported thousands of highly sensitive people, helping them practice self-care in ways that feel safe and sustainable.Â
I know this pattern personally. As a neurodivergent parent, I spent years putting myself last until burnout forced me to pay attention. Selfworthy is part of how I’m breaking that cycle.Â
If you’re tired of running on fumes, I see you. And I’m glad you’re here.
