I'm Kate Lynch (she/her), a mindful yoga teacher who helps highly sensitive, empathetic people make space in their lives for self-care. I began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world. My little neurodiverse family lives in a magical land called Brooklyn.

I founded The Compassion Club to give you a soft landing where you can breathe, move, and heal in community. The membership is founded on my core values: empathy, integrity, equity, and respect. 

I'll guide you with gentle yoga and meditation so you can care for yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

You'll regulate your nervous system through consistent yoga, meditation, and community connection. When you do, you'll be more present in your relationships and have more energy. 

You'll be supported with:

  • INCLUSIVE yoga practices help you regulate your nervous system and feel better in your body. 

  • The gentle ENCOURAGEMENT you need to make your wellness a priority, but never any judgment or pressure.

  • A welcoming community of cycle breakers where you'll CONNECT with yourself and with each other.
