Hi! I’m Kate Lynch,
I'm a therapeutic yoga teacher who helps highly sensitive, empathetic people self-regulate so they can feel more joy and calm. I founded The Compassion Club to give you a soft landing where you can breathe, move, and heal in community.
I began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world. Since then I've shared the tools that help me find joy, healing and calm in the face of self-doubt, pain and anxiety.
My core values are empathy, integrity, equity and respect.
