Event Basics

Summit Dates:
May 28–30, 2026

This is a fully online event, and attendees will join from around the world.

Each presentation will be available for 48 hours with a free ticket, and then remain available to attendees who purchase the All-Access Pass.

Woohoo!

You've been selected into a community of approximately 15 kind, thoughtful practitioners and cycle-breakers who understand highly sensitive nervous systems and the complexity of life as an HSP.

Our attendees are thoughtful, emotionally attuned, and deeply caring people who have built lives around supporting others. But that reliability often comes at a cost: exhaustion, resentment, difficulty asking for help, and a tendency to put their own needs last. Your session will be an important part of helping attendees experience new ways of relating to themselves.

You'll have opportunities to get to know other speakers, and I really hope you do.

What a wealth of wisdom we have here!

What I'll Need From You

Your session will be an essential part of helping attendees experience new ways of relating to themselves.

Here's what's involved in contributing as a speaker...

1. Basic Information

First, I'll need your name, email, headshot, links, and presentation title so I can add you to the speakers page. HERE'S THE BASIC INFO FORM

2. Presentation: Guidelines

To support the learning experience for attendees, presentations are intentionally short, focused, and practical.

Video Essentials

  1. Landscape video format
  2. Bright natural lighting
  3. Microphone or headphones

Length

Approximately 15 minutes

These shorter sessions help attendees absorb and integrate one meaningful insight or practice at a time.

Presentation Format

Please choose the format that feels most engaging and natural for you and your topic:

• Slides / presentation
• Speaking directly to camera
• A conversational interview format

If you prefer an interview, I can record a conversation with you and edit it for the summit. Please share 5-7 questions you'd like me to ask a few days before our interview.
GRAB A 20-MIN SPOT ON MY CALENDAR HERE

I'm happy to help with slide templates, if you want them. But as long as you have headphones and good light, you can just speak to the camera. Your clear, unique message is what's important.

My goal is to make your participation simple and doable for you.

Introduction

Please introduce yourself and your topic for 1-2 minutes, then get into the transformation.

Free Gift Mention

You may spend up to 2 minutes at the end of your presentation sharing about your free gift.

This is a great opportunity to invite participants to continue learning from you. Gift signups are most successful when they're directly aligned with your topic.

(You're welcome to pitch a paid offer, but it's not considered best practice because more people will sign up for a free gift. Once you have their email address, you can build a relationship and share the benefits of your paid offers.)

Ownership of Your Content

You retain full ownership of the presentation you create. It's your Intellectual Property. With permission, I'll use clips to promote the summit on social media. My request is that you wait until after the summit ends to share your recording publicly.

Remember that All-Access Pass purchasers are paying for access to the presentations, so I hope you won't give it away for free.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

All presentations must be submitted by May 7.

I'd love to have yours sooner though!

3. Promotion

Speaker promotion helps this event reach more highly sensitive people who may really need these conversations. This is mutual support and collaboration at it's finest.

Promotion begins: May 14

This summit will be of great benefit to your HSP audience.
They'll want to know about it.

Speakers are asked to send at least:

  • 1 email to your list about the summit. But the more reminders you send, the more affiliate income you're likely to see.
  • 2 social media posts are recommended. Please tag me and I'll share.

A speaker promotion toolkit will be provided with:

  • optional templates
  • graphics
  • your affiliate link

4. Optional Selfworthy Support Pass Contribution

Speakers are welcome (but not required) to contribute a bonus resource to the summit’s Selfworthy Support Pass (All-Access).

Resources might include:

• Workshops
• Mini-courses
• Trainings
• Guided practices...

These bonuses help make the All-Access Pass more valuable for attendees and give speakers another way to introduce their work.

(These should be easy for you to deliver digitally, and should not be 1-1 offerings because you might get a LOT of signups.)

Bonus Deadline: May 7

5. Optional Community Participation

Attendees will have access to a private Kajabi Community for reflection and connection during the summit.

Speakers are welcome to participate, but it's not required.

Optional ways to engage include:

  1. Going live inside the community
  2. Answering questions about your session
  3. Hosting a casual “Ask Me Anything” conversation

Your creative ideas are welcome!

Lori Cangilla, Ph.D.

"This has been so much fun so far, and I’m really looking forward to connecting with the participants and other speakers. Thanks for all you’re doing to create this incredible space for HSPs!

"I'm in preparation for another summit right now, and the contrast between the two could not be starker. Yours is definitely an HSP friendly way to summit, not just a summit for HSPs."
