Are you kind of dreading the holidays?
Are you tired of abandoning yourself so you don't rock the boat?
Do you have complicated relationships you don't want to end, but you need them to change?
In Yoga for Connection, you'll practice gentle somatic movement, guided meditation and self-reflection to integrate mindful and loving communication tools into your relationships...
...especially your relationship with yourself.
“The human needs we all have are what connect us to each other. We all are longing to be seen and heard, just for who we are, without judgment.”
-Judith Lasater
This live online course is not a practice you'll leave behind on your mat:
- honest & loving conflict resolution,
- communication skills, and
- self-reflection
We'll weave these into mindfulness practices, breathwork, and somatic movement to deepen your sense of body agency and inner safety.
What does all that mean?
You'll feel more prepared to speak up to your rude brother-in-law - without blowing up the holidays completely.
