Gentle Yoga for Grounded Strength

Thursday mornings  in Park Slope Brooklyn:

Move and breathe together to regain strength, flexibility, and peace. Practice grounding yoga and gentle strengthening in a small group to release pain and tension. Build your self-awareness and confidence without fear of injury.

Thursdays 10-11am $126 for the series.

Kate Lynch (she/her) is a yoga teacher for highly sensitive, empathetic people who are ready to take themselves off the back burner. She began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world. Since then she has shared the tools that help her find joy, healing, and presence in the face of self-doubt, pain, and anxiety. 

Kate will support you with tons of personal attention and customization for your unique needs.
