It’s a caring, cozy community where you'll get the connection, support, and encouragement you need.
I'll guide you with inclusive yoga and meditation for self-regulation, so you can care for yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The point of the Compassion Club is to encourage and support you to regulate your nervous system through consistent yoga, meditation, and community connection. When you do, you'll have more energy and be more present in your relationships.
You want to show up fully for your purpose. You’re ready to take yourself off of the back burner. You are committed to your own healing and to healing the world.

With live online classes and replays, you'll have the compassionate accountability you need to be consistent with your personal goals. We meet live an average of 10 times per month, on MOST:
- Saturdays, 11-12:30 EST: Customized yoga, meditation, relaxation, and connection.
- Mondays, 11-11:30 EST:
15 minute meditation,
15 minute intention setting.
- Wednesdays, 11-11:30 EST:
30 minute yoga flow.
