Kate Lynch (she/her) is a yoga teacher for highly sensitive people who are ready to fill their own cup so they have more ease and joy to share with others.
She began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world. Since then she has shared the tools that help her find joy, healing, and presence in the face of self-doubt, pain, and anxiety.
