Stretch, breathe, and roll together to release tension and find peace. Stress builds up in your body and becomes pain and tension. Practice grounding yoga & self-massage in a small group to roll your tension and pain away without fear of injury.
Mondays 6-7pm. $108 for the series.

Kate Lynch (she/her) is a yoga teacher for highly sensitive, empathetic people who are ready to take themselves off the back burner. She began teaching yoga and cultivating community in 2002, hoping to relieve some of the suffering in the world. Since then she has shared the tools that help her find joy, healing, and presence in the face of self-doubt, pain, and anxiety.
