Join my friendly, grounding and gentle online yoga & relaxation series inspired by spring.

Ground yourself in your body, the earth, and a welcoming yoga community. Plant seeds of transformation as you connect, replenish, and grow. Begin with a group check-in, end with guided relaxation. 

Saturdays 10-11:15 am EST for 6 weeks: 

April 16-May 21. Replays available for 72 hours.
