Springtime Yoga

If you’re feeling stressed or isolated, or just want an enjoyable weekly activity, these small group nature-inspired classes are the antidote to languishing. 

My classes are gentle, mindful and friendly.

Whether you join in person in Prospect Park Brooklyn or online via Zoom, you'll feel connected to the earth as she wakes up to spring.

Enjoy mindful movement inspired by our springtime surroundings.Breathe with the wind and be still like the lake. Soar like an eagle and root like a tree. End with guided relaxation to connect with the elements.  

Bring your senses, your joys, your sorrows and your mat to the beautiful location beside the lake and trees - or enjoy the view from the comfort of your home.
