Small groups facilitate self care, personal attention, connection and community. Everyone can meditate. No experience necessary. The practice of focusing and calming the mind is beneficial for anyone living in our modern world. Various introductory techniques are offered including mindfulness, breathing, mantra, mudra, silence. We will focus on stress reduction, resilience and down-regulating the nervous system. In this 4 week small group series there will be opportunity to deepen into specific practices and observe their cumulative benefits.
