Guided Meditation Class in Park Slope STARTS FRIDAY

Everyone can meditate. You don’t need any experience, or the ability to sit for long periods. The practice of focusing and calming your mind is beneficial for anyone living in our modern world. I offer introductory techniques including mindfulness, breath patterns, visualization, progressive relaxation, mudra and mantra.

We have just ONE space available!

You are invited to join a small group for guided meditation:

Friday evenings 7:15-8:15. January 18 & 25, and February 8. $25 per class.
